Three-Way Drippy Mac Skillet
Because one mac & cheese is never enough
There’s something about mac & cheese that feels like comfort in its purest form—but this version takes it a step further. Different pasta shapes, different textures, all coated in a silky, real-cheese sauce that clings to every curve.
It’s simple, elevated, and just a little unexpected.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked pasta (mix shapes for texture)
- 1 jar Drippy Queso Blanco
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup butter
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook your pasta until just al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in Drippy Queso Blanco.
- Slowly add milk, whisking until the sauce becomes smooth, creamy, and slightly loosened.
- Add the pasta back in and gently fold until every piece is coated in the sauce.
- Serve immediately in small skillets or bowls for a cozy, shareable presentation.
Why It Works
The queso blanco brings a lighter, slightly spicy edge that keeps this from feeling too heavy—while still delivering that full, creamy texture.
Optional Add-Ons
- Crispy bacon for texture
- Roasted broccoli for balance
- Chili flakes for a little heat
Pro Tip
For a golden finish, transfer to an oven-safe dish and broil for 2–3 minutes until lightly crisp on top.
