How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship in one to two business days and arrive in two to five business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Flat rate shipping or free over threshold depending on your order.

Online and at select retailers.

Do you offer wholesale?

What is your return policy?

If you’re not completely happy with your Drippy order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Once the product has been opened we will not be able to take any returns. You can contact us at operations@drippydip.com with any questions. 

What is the return window?

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Can I return opened items?

Because Drippy is a food product, opened items cannot be returned. If something’s off, reach out and we’ll help.

Are any items non-returnable?

Non-food items like accessories or merchandise are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

What does return shipping cost?

Returns are subject to an $8 flat rate return shipping fee. No restocking fees.

How do I request a refund?

Email operations@drippydip.com with your order number and a quick note on what happened.

How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
