Drippy Mini Cheeseburger Bites
The kind of bite that disappears before you finish your sentence
Picture this: soft, golden buns still warm from the pan, a perfectly seared bite of beef, crisp onions, and a slow, glossy layer of real cheese melting right into everything. It’s the kind of bite you grab casually and then immediately go back for two more.
These mini cheeseburger bites are everything you love about a classic burger, just scaled down and dialed up. Perfect for gatherings, game days, or honestly just a Tuesday night when dinner needs to feel a little more fun.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 slider buns
- 1 jar Drippy Original Cheese Dip
- 1 tomato, sliced
- ½ white onion, thinly sliced
- Butter (for toasting buns)
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Start by forming small slider patties, slightly larger than your buns (they’ll shrink as they cook). Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties until browned on both sides with a slight crust. Set aside to rest.
- Lightly butter the inside of each bun and toast until golden and just crisp at the edges.
- Warm your Drippy Original Cheese Dip until smooth, glossy, and perfectly pourable.
- Assemble each slider: bun, tomato slice, onion, burger, and a generous spoonful of Drippy that melts right over the top.
- Add the top bun, secure with a skewer, and serve immediately while everything is warm and dripping.
Why It Works
The richness of real cheddar layered over a simple burger creates that nostalgic, classic flavor but better. Cleaner, smoother, and just indulgent enough.
Pro Tip
A quick swipe of mustard or a few pickle slices adds just enough acidity to balance the richness of the cheese.
