Street Corn Drippy Dogs
A backyard classic, upgraded
This is what happens when a classic hot dog meets street corn and real cheese. It’s layered, messy, and exactly the kind of thing you want to eat outside, standing up, with no plans for the rest of the afternoon.
Every bite hits differently—sweet corn, creamy cheese, a little heat, a little brightness.
Ingredients
- 4 hot dogs
- 4 buns
- 1 jar Drippy Queso Blanco
- 1 cup grilled or sautéed corn
- ¼ cup crumbled cotija cheese
- Lime wedges
- Chili powder
Instructions
- Grill or pan-sear hot dogs until lightly charred on the outside.
- Warm Drippy Queso Blanco until smooth and easy to drizzle.
- Place hot dogs in buns and spoon the corn evenly over each one.
- Drizzle generously with Drippy, letting it fall into all the layers.
- Finish with cotija, a sprinkle of chili powder, and a squeeze of fresh lime.
Why It Works
The combination of sweet corn, tangy lime, and creamy cheese creates something layered and balanced—but still incredibly satisfying.
Pro Tip
Add sliced jalapeños or hot sauce if you want to push the heat a little further.
